What’s the minimum order for screen printing?
Our standard minimum quantity is 24 pieces per design, with a maximum of 6 colors. If you need a smaller run or have a complex design that contains gradients or more than 6 colors, ask us about our heat press options–we might be able to work something out.
What’s your turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time is two weeks from quote approval. Have a tight deadline? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
What file format does my artwork need to be?
We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution .pngs (300+ dpi). But if you’re struggling to provide final artwork, please send us what you have–even if it’s just a rough sketch–and let’s figure it out together.
Can I bring in my own garments for you to print on?
We partner with SanMar to provide you with trusted high-quality blanks. At this time, we do not tend to accept outside garments simply because we want to deliver you the highest quality orders with the most efficient timeline possible, guaranteed.
How many washes will my screen printed design last?
Because our inks are flexible and properly temperature-cured, your designs will last 100 washes or more with proper care.
Can you match my brand’s exact colors?
Absolutely. We love pantone color-matching and then mixing our inky concoctions in house for quality-controlled, guaranteed results. Just provide us with your pantone color codes and we’ll get to work.
