WHAT IS THE MINIMUM FOR SCREEN PRINTED GARMENTS?
The minimum quantity for a new screen printing order is 24. If you'd like to reorder the same design, the minimum quantity drops to 15.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM FOR EMBROIDERED GARMENTS OR HATS?
The minimum quantity for an embroidery order is 6 garments or hats.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM FOR PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS?
The minimum quantity for promotional products varies item by item, depending on where we are sourcing the item to then brand in-house. Common minimum quantities are 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100.
TURNAROUND TIMES AND SHIPPING
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR AN AVERAGE ORDER?
Our average turnaround time is two week from your quote approval. For promotional product orders, turnaround time may vary slightly depending on where we are sourcing your items from to be able to brand them in-house.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ITEM? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Yes, we can ship nationally and internationally! The shipping time and cost will depend on where we are shipping to, but we will always let you know when we send you a quote estimate.
CAN I JUST PICK UP MY ORDER INSTEAD?
Absolutely. If you are local to Spokane, come on by and visit our shop once we reach out to let you know your order is finished!

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN GARMENTS TO HAVE YOU PRINT ON?
We no longer accept customer-provided garments in order to maintain consistent, accurate, and organized quality-control practices in our shop. If you have an account with SanMar and have unique pricing for your business, please show us proof and we will be happy to price match our garments as a courtesy.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCREEN PRINTING AND HEAT PRESS?
Heat press transfers a vinyl design onto a garment through heat, while screen printing applies ink onto a garment through stencils. Heat press is a great option when you have a complex design with more than five colors or with gradients. Both processes produces exceptional results!
WHAT TYPE OF FABRICS CAN YOU PRINT ON?
We can print on most types of fabrics! When it comes to the heat press, garments with that "plasticy" finish (like polyurethane or taffeta) tend to melt under the heat. We will always let you know if your garment won't print well and suggest a better alternative.
HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT IN ONE DESIGN?
We can screen print up to five colors per design. Keep in mind that each color change does incur a small fee since we need to separate each color to a different screen as we print. If you have a design that features gradients or more than five colors, consider getting your design heat-pressed instead of screen printed!
THROUGH HOW MANY WASHES WILL MY SCREEN PRINTED DESIGN LAST?
Because our inks are flexible and properly temperature-cured, your designs will last 100 washes or more with proper care.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS OR DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY OWN DESIGN?
For the quickest service and turnaround time, it is best to provide your own design and we can help you make changes if need be! If you're starting from scratch, we offer design services for $50 an hour with our in-house graphic designer. A typical design session is anywhere between two to six hours.
CAN I GET AN OFFICIAL PROOF OF MY DESIGN BEFORE I APPROVE MY PRICE QUOTE?
For an additional fee of $100, we can provide up to three proofs and one round of revisions before you approve your official price quote.

DO YOU OFFER A DIGITIZING SERVICE FOR MY LOGO?
Yes, we do! We can digitize just about any design depending on its complexity. Just send us your artwork (adobe illustrator is preferred) so we can take a look.
HOW MANY COLORS CAN I HAVE EMBROIDERED IN MY DESIGN?
We do not have a color limit for embroidery. Keep in mind that the more colors/stitches you have in your design, the higher the project will cost. We have a growing library of 125+ thread colors to choose from, and we love to pantone color-match your designs!
WHAT KIND OF GARMENTS CAN I GET EMBROIDERED?
Our most common embroidered items are polos, hoodies, and hats or beanies. You'll have the most decoration success and breadth of design options with medium to heavy weight garments. Sometimes thinner materials can warp or pucker once washed after being embroidered. This might be able to be combatted with reinforced backing, so please ask. Any type of sheer garment isn't ideal, since you will be able to see the backing material through the fabric.
CAN I GET INDIVIDUAL NAMES OR NUMBERS STITCHED ON EACH GARMENT/HAT?
Yes, you absolutely can! Let us know what you're thinking in the additional notes section of your online quote, or over the phone or email.
CAN I ORDER JUST PATCHES FROM YOU SO I CAN SEW THEM ONTO MY OWN GARMENTS/HATS?
Yes, we can fulfill patch orders! Please call us or email us for more information on pricing and turnaround time.

I WANT TO ORDER LESS THAN THE MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR AN ITEM. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Sometimes we can go forward with an order for less than the minimum quantity for a small additional fee. Please do not hesitate to reach out about your desired item! If the minimum quantity for a specific item won't budge, our promo products expert is magical at finding a comparable item that will work for you.
